The upcoming 2022 Lincoln Mark E is the brand’s first all-electric vehicle. The arriving SUV will arrive at the beginning of 2022 and it will be based on the Rivian R1S SUV. Lincoln and Rivian will work on this new model but the vehicle’s design will be classic Lincoln. This brand is known for delivering very premium models with plenty of luxury.
Once it arrives, Mark E will compete with the brand-new Cadillac Lyriq, Tesla Model X, and Audi e-Tron. While we don’t know all of the information, most of the Mark E specs are already available. That includes interior design and its features. Moreover, performance figures are familiar too. However, the price is still a mystery.
2022 Lincoln Mark E Design
New 2022 Lincoln Mark E will arrive as a compact crossover SUV. Some reports already suggested a coupe-like form with plenty of modern cues. However, no one actually knows how the new model will look like. It is the biggest question about this arriving model.
From what we know, Mark E is a Rivian-based model and it will most likely deploy a famous “skateboard” platform. On the other hand, Lincoln won’t deliver anything new in terms of styling. That means new Mark E will look closer to the other brand’s SUVs such as Aviator and Navigator.

Interior Is Full of Luxury
Lincoln’s interior design is always amazing. The cabin is full of luxury and premium amenities. The same will be with the 2022 Lincoln Mark E crossover-SUV. From what we heard, Lincoln will offer a 30-way adjustable driver’s seat. That includes massaging systems for the front passengers. Moreover, leather upholstery will be offered as standard.
Interestingly, but we don’t know if there will be two or three rows of seats. Mark E model will offer a larger infotainment touchscreen just like in the new Corsair and Aviator models. That includes a large 10.1-inch and smaller 8.0-inch units. SYNC3 software is up to date and the customers should expect numerous premium features. Lastly, Mark E offers the latest driver-assistance aids.
2022 Lincoln Mark E Engine
After the deal with Rivian, new 2022 Lincoln Mark E will surely feature an all-electric power. The setup should be similar to the system in the new Ford Mustang Mach E. That means there will be two electric motors and different battery sizes. For example, 75.7-kWh is the smallest battery while 98.8-kWh is the largest battery pack.
Mark E will produce up to 460 horsepower and it will offer a standard all-wheel-drive setup. Lincoln will surely deliver a powerful and electric crossover-SUV with adaptive suspension and impressive handling. As for the driving range, Mark E will offer up to 400 miles. Charging time is not available and Mark E crossover will deliver around 100 MPGe.

Price and Release Date
Lincoln will offer at least three trim levels. That includes Standard, Reserve, and Black Label models. The 2022 Lincoln Mark E will start at $70,000. On the other hand, the Black Label trim will cost over $85,000. The sales will start at the beginning of 2022. Lincoln will release more details in the coming months.
