The new powertrain produces an additional 13 horsepower over the previous variant. The total output of this engine is 261 horsepower and 273 lb-ft of torque. Moreover, the best part of the new model is its optional plug-in hybrid setup.
The electric motor is mated to the same 2.0-liter engine, and it uses a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. Power goes from a 14.1kilowatt-hour battery. Q5 PHEV generates 362 horses and 369 lb-ft of twisting power. Audi promises over 20 miles of all-electric driving range.

Price and Release Date
The all-new 2021 Audi Q5 Hybrid will cost around $43,500. That means the price is unchanged for 2021. Moreover, an optional plug-in hybrid version starts at $52,000. The Q5 SUV will hit the dealerships in the U.S. in the last quarter of 2020.
